Facts and figures
Central goal of our work is the value enhancement for our customers. Critical factors for success are: a clear focus on technical branches, decentralised growth close to our customers, the positioning as leading provider for documentation and service. Corresponding to changing market requirements, our competences have continually expanded in the past few years. Not least a strong 'Partnering for Performance', the specific management organisation and corporate culture contributed to this growth. We pursue a sustainable expansion strategy to be able to strengthen our entrepreneurial ability to act and operate throughout Europe in the future.
Basis for the attainment of our goals is a regular internal intellectual capital statement presented in an Intellectual Capital Report. Because the success of our company is largely dependent on the know-how and the targeted development of our employee's capabilities. By using knowledge management methods we are able to document experiences, avoid loss of knowledge and tap knowledge potentials. We know the value of our intellectual capital and are in the position to design an intelligent portfolio so as to offer market-directed solutions. The way we align and develop ourselves, our processes, structures, systems and relations in order to achieve common goals, decisively promotes our company's success.
