Between application and decision

You have sent us your documents and are now waiting for our reply. Please have some patience until you receive them. We put just as much work into making our decision as you put into writing your application.

The application process usually takes between 4 and 6 weeks. Of course you will receive an email confirming our receiving your application. If you applied online on the same day, if you applied via traditional mail you will receive it a few days later.

To give you an impression of how the application process is handled in our company we have put together an example for you.

Applications for existing job offers:

You send your application
Our Human Resources department checks your documents
We make a first decision
Human Resources contacts you as a possible candidate
You receive an invitation to a job interview
The selection process further limits the number of candidates
The decision is made by the respective department and Human Resources
We make a contract with you and you start working with us

Unsolicited applications:

You send your application
Our Human Resources department checks your documents
Your application is transmitted into a pool of applicants
Human Resources regularly checks applications
Human Resources contacts you as soon as we have found something for you
You receive an invitation to a job interview
Your suitability is checked in the selection process
The decision is made by the respective department and Human Resources

Tips for applicants

To support you in successfully applying for a job in our company we have put together some information that might help you. Whether you apply online or by post: You should always design your application to give us a good picture of yourself, your work experience, knowledge and motivation.

We are happy to receive your online or email application. We can handle them even faster than and get back to you with a reply quickly. An online application is just a different form of application, all the basic rules are still applicable. You should still make sure your spelling is right and your application complies with the usual formalities. Remember – your application is your business card that you present yourself with.

You can send us all of your scanned documents as PDF or JPG documents. In all, your email should not exceed a size of 5 MB.
